We, at the Empowerment Resource Center, Incorporated
recognize that early diagnosis continues to be paramount in better health outcomes. It is our goal to:
- Increase public knowledge about the HIV/AIDS epidemic;
- Make HIV-testing routine;
- Link those who are HIV+ to care; and
- Reduce the stigma associated with HIV.
